Halo Pass Parking Account Deletion

Halo Pass Parking allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data directly from within the Halo Pass Parking mobile app.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Halo Pass Parking account:

1. Open the Halo Pass Parking app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the account deletion notice.
6. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed and cannot be undone.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Deleting your Halo Pass Parking account permanently deletes all data associated with the account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Email address and contact information
• Saved vehicles
• Saved payment-related account references
• Parking session history
• Reservations and transaction-related account records
• Saved parking preferences
• Connected Halo Pass device information
• App settings and preferences
• Any other personal data associated with the account

Data Retention

Halo Pass Parking does not retain account data after the account deletion process has been completed. No additional retention period applies.

Account deletion is permanent. After the account and its associated data have been deleted, the information cannot be recovered.
